Lack of help from staff

We had a very bad experience at Builders Express in sunward park today.Me and my husband were looking for the 6 Pannell door that is on special for R899.As we entered the store and went to where the doors are situated,we could not find that particular door. I looked for someone to help us as there was no staff member in that particular section. I eventually found someone (after walking all over the store)that doesn't work in that particular section and explained to him what we were looking for ,he came with me to the where the doors were and looked but explained that he doesn't know what that door looks like and that he will go and find sfiso who works in that section. We waited what seemed like forever for sfiso but he didn't show up .I started walking around again to look for the guy that said he's going to find sfiso ...with no luck .A gentleman at the paint department saw that I was looking around and asked me if I had been helped ,I explained what we were looking for ,and he reassured me that he will call sfiso to assist us. Indeed as I was standing next to him ,he phoned sfiso and told him that there were customers that needed to be assisted .Sfiso came and told the gentleman that he was busy with something and could not assist us ,while we were standing right there listening to him (which I found very rude ) .The gentleman literally begged him just to show us where that particular door was situated and after that he could leave .He eventually came aftet bickering back and forth with the gentleman from the paint department. He told us how wrong we were and that it was not the 6 panel door but the 8 panel that was.on special ,he looked for it and found it but could not take it out as it got stuck while pulling it out .He left us there and told us he'll call someone to come and help us take it out (it on a shelf inbetween other doors ) . We waited and waited and my partner eventually started pushing all the other doors one by one so he could pull the one that we were looking for out. We also asked one of the staff members for the sander that is on special at the moment and he said that they needed to call the security guard to take it out ....we again waited and for the security guard for more than 15min and he never pitched .we left the store without purchasing the sander.The lack of care and prompt response for customers by the staff members at Builders sunward park is really sad ,and I hope this complaint will encourage management of the store to train their staff or hire more staff if need be.
