Lack of feedback

Contacted Builders Warehouse customer care by email on 18 Jan 2021. They responded and indicated that they would resolve the matter with 48 hours, haven't received any feedback since then. Emailed them again and they haven't responded. Unsatisfactory service and non existant at times, also long wait for calls to be answered.
