Lack of customer service, No stock!

Firstly i waited so long at the helpdesk 2 get assisted. Consultants would just pass by without asking if ive been assisted. After waiting for forever idistribute my list and get a quote. I decide 2 purchase PVC ceiling at builders bcz there it was more affordable when i compare to others. I refuse 2 purchase1 box but consultant convinces me it will be enough for the lounge. Mind u i think he knew its the only box left .Ceiling is put up and ofcourse theres a shortage of PVC. The one box is not enough. Irritated i go back 2 purchase more sheets and builders doesnt have stock even on this day im assisted after a long time of waiting. Consultant cant check if there is still stock. Running up and down asking others 2 write down how she can logon and check stock. I leave irritated as i already booked transport and i have 2 pay for transporters time spent there. Im not told when stock will arrive, im not promised that my request will be maybe ordered from another builders warehouse in East London. I leave unattended and lost to when will i complete my project as now my ceiling is incomplete. Im so disappointed as ive always been a loyal customer 2 builders. I wanna destroy my card and never enter that warehouse.
