LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

Purchased a product from Midrand, and now there's no stock, tried calling Builders Rivonia who has stock but lack customer support as no one knows how to take a call. Sit on a call with both branches waiting for one to answer and neither do.

Go to the store in Midrand and still don't get anywhere with my product.

You guys need to wake up and know how to deal with customers and learn better customer service. Paid products don't need the customer to keep enquiring, as a Service provider learn to keep customers up to date and learn to be an all rounder.
