Lack of Communication . Worst Service Ever .

I placed an online order on the 14th of December 2024 . I have not received any communication as to where the order is . When I followed up with customer services regarding the whereabouts of my order I was told it shows that the order is "complete" meaning I should have received it . Which I obviously did not . No one called to say they are coming to deliver so I could avail myself to receive the order . I don't even know who is delivering . The lack of communication is beyond me . I do not recommend ordering from Builders Warehouse Scottburgh Park Rynie Branch because what is this ? Disappointing.
