kitchen cupboards

<p>I ordered kitchen cupboards on the 1st december from buiders warehouse in Stubensvalley. I was told that even though the turn around time is 10 to 14 days that it wouldnt be that long due to it being December and the suppliers are closing and so i decided to buy a kitchen cupboard. i was also told that they would call me 3 days before they deliver. i am seriously disgusted with the service and the promises that are never kept and followed up on. I was told this morning at 7:30 that i will be recieving my cupboards today and i am still waiting for the call to let me know what time it will be delivered. Please can you also explain, we have so many local suppliers and you guys order from Durban. This is the reason why your turn around time is so long and us clients are getting so irritated. I cannot wait this long when it should take no longer than 3 to 4 days max. Please sort this out........</p>
