Key cutter - very poor show and waste of Pensioner's money

I am a Government pensioner and have just returned from your Strubensvalei shop where I had a Yale lock key duplicated. It does NOT fit my lock. The young man who assisted me was very quick and nonchalant in grabbing a blank key template and quickly putting it in the machine with the original key (not taking it off my bunch of keys). He obviously did not take the time to do the job properly as I have returned home to find out that the duplicate key does not work. I do not have the money to drive from my home back to your shop to have the proper job done. Please either arrange to have a R50 note petrol refund waiting form me when I go back to have the problem fixed, or send your driver to my home in Florida Park to come and take the faulty key back to your shop to have it corrected and returned to me. I stressed to the young man that he take care to do the job properly as I cannot come back to have the job done TWICE.
