Kempton Park branch- Great Service

I am very impressed with the service received from Builders Warehouse in Kempton Park. I like how they keep customers on the loop about their orders. After the Tswelopele branch left a very nasty taste in my mouth with their service and disregard for customer satisfaction, I never wanted to use Builders again. I decided to take another shot and use a different store. I placed my 1st order on the 27th, they called to confirm my address and advised that the order was being processed and the driver would be making the delivery on the 29th. The 2nd order was placed on the 29th around 7am. I was very surprised when my mother called and told me my orders were both delivered at 9am on the 29th. I wasn't expecting the 2nd order until today , but the Kempton Park branch had exceptional service and exceeded my expectations.
