I bought a rainwater tank from Umhlanga Builder's Express. The sales assistant was Lindelani, who is a remarkable young man - pleasant, and knowledgeable about his products. The cashier was Nozipho - who was courteous and friendly despite the muggy Durban heat. I paid and left and got thinking about the good people who work hard to make an honest living in a tough economy with all its challenges - and with a smile on top of it all. People like Lindelani and Nozipho. Thank you for great service; it is much appreciated.
