In November I purchased goods from Builders Warehouse and paid for those goods in full before leaving the store. Later that night B/W sent me an invoice for those same goods. That invoice does not reflect that the goods were paid for. On enquiry I was sent reference ***. I subsequently asked B/W to confirm that the goods were paid for in full. B/W did not respond to this request. It would appear that they believe the goods were not paid for. I am able to provide proof of payment if required. Why do B/W believe the invoice is outstanding.
