I've been ****med !!!!
Builders I dont know if you're playing a hide and see game with me or what . On the 28th of May 2024, I purchased a gas heater online , Payment went through from my account however on your website it says payment failed .
On the 29th of May 2024 , I called in to your customer care I was told that the website is not functioning properly and the consultant confirmed that it shows the payment was done and delivery is scheduled for 2nd June 2024 , No delivery was done on that day . The 3rd June 2024 , I called in I was told that the matter has been escalated , I don't really understand what is going on because I also sent an email with my bank statement attached as a proof of payment .
What more do you need ? I now feel like I've been ****med by a big reputable company .Everytime I call it is a different story
