IT’S STRUGGLE TO GET REFUND.

I purchased online last year 23 December 2022 interior doors from Builder warehouse the promise to customise the door when the supply opens in January. The couldn’t keep the promise as i was waiting since January until now 12 May 2023, When i call them the telling me stories we tried to customise the door but we failed to do them and since Builders can not deliver, i do not want to do business with them anymore i only want my money from them. It’s a struggle for me to get my refund from them the ask Bank confirmation letter, Bank Statement and ID copy I did send them many times still waiting for my money…it was really easy for Builders to take my money . It can not be this difficult to get it back.
