on Monday 2022/05/09 at 08:09 i made an order at Builders Riverhorse warehouse. As i have been consistently checking the status of my order i suddenly noticed last month that the order progress shows that it was delivered. I did not receive my order and i sent them an email explaining my frustrations. Sivenathi Panya from their call centre called me a day later and told me that the driver could not reach me on the phone number provided and had returned back to the store with the order. We sorted out the phone number and she promised that they would deliver on the next day (Saturday 2022-06-25). Later that day I also received a text message which confirmed that Haresh was going to deliver my order. The next day at around 13:00 I decided to call Haresh since the text message provided his number to check how far he was with my delivery and he told me that when arrived at builders Riverhourse, A man by the name of Sabelo told him that the order was delivered a few weeks before. Today its Thursday 2022-07-21 still no communication from builders, i have sent them countless emails and when u call the customer care no one seems to know what is happening. Don't waster your money here!
