Item out of stock but refund not processed

I ordered a Mobi-Volt Micro - Black (500W), it was supposed to have been delivered on the 17th of Jan, but the order status was stuck on 'Order confirmed.' My husband called Builders, and they said I will get a refund as they are out of stock. Two days after I emailed and they told me the same story, I asked when I would get the refund; no one responded. My order is still stuck on confirmed, i urgently need a backup for power as im working from home but my refund does not look like it has been processed and the communication is poor!
