Irritation in having to visit Builders 3 times

I want to voice my irritation. Last week I purchased 4 burglar bars from Builders Warehouse in Boksburg. When I got home I discovered that one of the items was not supp**** with the *****s required for installation. These *****s are attached inside the cardboard tag at the top of the burglar bar. My wife offered to return to the store for me for the *****s, which she did the next day. She came home with the incorrect *****s for wooden window frames, despite the fact that the cardboard tag which she showed to the person she dealt with quite clearly stated \steel windows\". I do not blame my wife for this is she couldn't be expected to know which *****s should have been given to her. I then had to return to the store again the following day for the correct *****s. Each trip to Builders Warehouse from my home is 8 km each way and with traffic and robots takes at least 15 minutes. Additionally it takes 15 plus minutes in the store each time, so each trip is 45 minutes plus. All in all I had to make 3 trips of 16 km and 45 plus minutes each for a single complete purchase. Extremely irritating! "
