investigation? *****? alignment? my payment not located for more than a month

I made a payment at builders on the 13th of Feb with hope and all that was forwarded to the company. I realized that 1 slip shows I paid and 1 shows the payment was reversed. According to me and my bank statements, no money was returned to me. They deducted my money and now no one knows about it. I have been emailing and calling and I'm not getting any assistance. I am currently spreading the word to warn people about this. I don't wish this to anyone. Everyday I have to call and ask if my payment has been located or not. There's no professionalism authenticity and alignment within the organization. I'm submitting requested docs at EC Consumer protector and hopefully they can assist.
