I trust you’re well.
We’ve received feedback from our team that the inverter has been sent for assessment. Unfortunately, the battery is not holding charge therefore the unit run time is shortened.
Our supplier mentioned that the battery only has a three-month warranty which is stipulated on the package.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused.
