Installed floors a disaster!

We contracted Builder's Warehouse to put carpets and vinyl flooring in our house. After coming out to inspect the premises, providing a quote and then receiving full payment for the floors Builder's Warehouse has given us nothing but problems. The vinyl floors started warping and making air bubbles within the first day. After complaining BW sent their consultant out and he claimed that they did not realise that the screeding would not stick to the bitumen that was already on the floors. After we informed him that it was standard practice that the bitumen HAS to be completely removed otherwise the screed will obviously not stick, he then said but it appeared to be a special industrial type bitumen. We have called BW endlessly and requested that they fix the floors that they messed up but all we get are empty promises and more fruitless inspections and excuses. We paid a decent amount of money for floors which are now looking like a disaster. Builder's Warehouse was happy to take full payment on order but now we have no recourse now that the job has gone badly wrong. It's disgusting to receive this level of service and workmanship from a supposedly reputable company!
