You have absolutely no control in this store. You can hardly manage to call the police, you have no care for elders but here you are acting as if you will do something"escalating to whom when your own store people were clearly confused at the attack of my mom? Do better!! And I expect her cellphone replacement ASAP thank you.

Did anyone not raise this as an issue? Customer surname is Puza and is a registered pensioner in rewards whatever. I am sad you're staff were not helpful to her. She had to rush to the bank to stop all access. Why do you have ********* in your store in uniform?????
