Insane bad service

I went builders warehouse Parow to purchase an airbrush, I had the worst experience ever, the rudest staff member on the planet. Well after waiting so long for an manager so that I could report the incident, I was told they would look into the issue, well it's a month later and no feedback. It's just proof that your money is the only thing that matters to these companies. Will most definitely not put my feet back into they're stores. I'm an business owner myself and will go out of my way to tell my follow friends and family to not visit them. It might seem that it won't make a difference to the money they make, but one thing is sure, they wont be get mine and friends and families money's anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!
