Injury on isle due to negligence
On the 02.01.2024 i visited the builders warehouse in greenstone, a fire place on an eye level shelf was left with the door open, protruding into the isle, This resulted in me sustaining an injury. Upon complaining to the manager, i did not receive an apology. The managers response was merely "That shouldn't happen". there after the manager took a photo of the fire place and thereafter closed it. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism, courtesy or concern. i will surely take this matter up.
