*****ing my Money

Builders took my money without allocating to an order, been waiting 3 weeks for a refund, they simply refuse to give me any feedback. Ignore all my emails.

Zayden-Kelly De Bod promised she will give me a call last week Thursday. It is the next week Tuesday, still waiting on that call.

I've been placed on hold for 19mins after being told they are transferring me to a manager. I dropped the call, no one even phoned me back. who is going to refund me for that call. To date I have not received a single email response for the last 10 days. How on earth can you operate like this. Zayden-Kelly De Bod does not respond to any emails. she promised me phone calls which she never does. SHOCKING service
