INFERIOR QUALITY GRASS CUTTER

I purchased a grass cutting machine from Builders Warehouse, Umhlanga, on 2 January 2020... we tried to use it on 4 January and as soon as it started it stopped.. we took it back to the store only to be told that it was going to be sent for repairs and we can expect it back within 21 days. Yesterday i called the customer service number and was told that I would receive a call from the branch within 2 hours... that never happened. Today I followed up and spoke to a consultant by the name of Louis who gave me all the wrong details and my husband rushed to the store for a refund only to find that the info was incorrect and that Louis had mixed up the branches..I again called the call center and was finally put through to Jerome... who then said that the machine was used and we have to wait 21days... why did I pay cash and take the machine home... after 1 try and it packed up... now I have spend money for the machine, and twine, for running up and down to the store and all the calls I made.... and for nothing. I am really disappointed with this store and will not recommend the purchase of any equipment. Customer service is really pathetic
