Inferior products and service

I bought a new 150l compressor, the first time I tried to use it it doesn't work. Now I am told it must go for repairs, I bought a new compressor not a second hand one. The worst part is I have had to phone the customer complaints department to complain about the branch and the customer complaints department as I have called 6 times over a period of 3 days, they promise they will call back.........that just doesn't happen it is just their way of getting you off the phone. The manager at the branch has no manners, no customer relations and I have no idea how he holds such a position. I run my own company with a staff compliment of 20, should any of my staff members speak to customers the way this so called manager speaks to customers they would be looking for a new job very quickly. It is now quite obvious that Builders Warehouse sells inferior products and that is how they are able to offer such cheap prices. They don't back their products. That is an expensive lesson as I will now go and buy a real compressor with the right back up.
