Inefficient, ridiculous rules, every customer is a ***** to them

Management must please justify, expecting clients to wait in a long queue at the trade counter, just so they can purchase things like, a length of steel, a roll of insulation.

Even things that clients can just get off the shelf, went to the check out counter, told to return to trade counter for a separate slip, stuff that I can actually find prices for online, but no! Your lack of admin capacity is creating ridiculous amounts of waste for yourself and your customers, adding to this, your security checks at the exit seeing all as *******, each of my, over 20 items were counted.

I can just imagine the pandemonium at your stores on a weekend, this is not the first I have spoken of these issues, it is clear you do not care or bother to listen to customers, the only option is for me to travel a little further and utilize the services of Leroy Merlin, at the very least, they are not as inefficient as you.
