Incredibly terrible service, wrong delivery.

I ordered melamine cut to the specifications of a cupboard. Firstly order was more that a week late. Call centre not very helpful in tracing the order. Number given for contact person went unanswered and my call calls were not returned. Then received a please call me from the person who had assisted with Dimensions of what i wanted cut to discuss the measurements a week after delivery should have been made. Then received the delivery which was completely wrong. Called to enquire and the person I was speaking to hung up on me after telling me I could only get feedback on Monday 16 April. Monday has come and gone and still no feedback. I will never use that branch of Builders again.
