Incorrect Refund Resolved with Professionalism and Due Diligence - Edited Version 2

This is an edited version of my previous review.

After a prior incident regarding an incorrect refund and the subsequent refusal of the store to rectify the matter, I wrote on HelloPeter.

Kurt from Builders Warehouse (Customer Contact Centre) responded swiftly and I got a call saying that I can go to the store to get the correct amount of refund.

I went to Builders Warehouse to get the refund and I spoke to Marvin who helped me right away.
