Incorrect Refund Resolved with Professionalism and Due Diligence

After a prior incident regarding an incorrect refund and the subsequent refusal of the store to rectify the matter, I wrote on HelloPeter.

Builders Warehouse (Customer Contact Centre) responded swiftly and I got a call saying that I can go to the store to get the correct amount of refund.

I plan on going sometime this week to the store for the refund. So I am hoping that everything will turn out smoothly. If not, I'll just write another review on HelloPeter. Haha.

Thank you, Builders Warehouse, for your professionalism and understanding. I am sure you must be inundated such types of queries everyday so I appreciate how swiftly the matter was resolved.
