Incorrect Product Information
I recently went onto the website and found a non drip gloss enamel where on there website it gave the cleaning method was water. Fired Earth Modo 1 litre White. Stock was available at Southgate. Went to Southgate and purchased a tin. Upon getting home I noticed that this paints cleaning method was Mineral Turpentine! I lodged a complaint and all I got was sorry. No wonder Massmart can't make a profit. Poor Customer relations and lack of knowledgeable staff and incorrect data on Website makes my blood boil. Plus all I got was sorry!

01 Sept 2020, 08:19I did receive a phone call from Builders offering me a 10% discount. I refused! The problem with Builders Warehouse Site is that no Tech Data sheets and Safety Data Sheets aren't available! Both SDS and TDS sheets should be hyperlinked to some of their products ie paint and adhesives as you can spend a lot of money and discover that the product is not suitable and the safety issues enormous.
