Incorrect Measurements on Website, but not willing to refund delivery fee for their error

I ordered a 3m skirting from their website to be delivered. I have a 3mX3m room that I wanted to replace the skirtings. I specifically looked for 3m length as I am not a handyman and did not want to cut up skirtings. When they delivered the skirtings were 2.5m. I called them and was told it will be replaced with the correct product, just to receive a call the following day saying the skirtings only come in 2.5m and that the website has the incorrect measurements listed. They are willing to refund me, but I will need to order another type of skirting and pay delivery again. Considering that I ordered the skirting with a bunch of other things, making the delivery fee worth it. Asking me to pay delivery fee again for their mistake especially when the delivery fee is more than the actual product is insane. They could have offered me the option of free delivery for a new order, but no.
