Incorrect advertising and billing issues

I went to Builders Warehouse Boksburg on Sunday wanted to buy a certain tile unfortunately barcodes *** tile BC118 which was the sticker attached to the display ,(I have a photo of this ) was out of stock and I needed to try and find stock at another Builders warehouse branch. I phoned the Alberton branch and they informed me that they have stock. I went there before work this morning and purchased the tiles. when the sales man loaded the tile I saw that the tile colour is not the same although the number is the same as the sticker on the display board at Boksburg. They reversed the purchases for the tiles and I wanted to use my builders card again and guess what ,Builders warehouse are not on real time systems the credit will take 5 days to reflect on my account and be ready for use again. I eventually used my cash, as their accounts department had no way of assisting me WOW no surprise, which was part of the food budget for the month to pay for the tiles, as I have already hired a tiler. The price at Boksburg R130.00/1.2 square meter I was charged R156.00 when I inquire I was told it is because there are more than a square meter in a box. False advertising on stickers!
