Incoplete order

I placed an online order for some pool equipment. I made sure to only order in stock items and payed the full invoice. However shortly thereafter I was contacted by Builders Strubensvalley and told one of the items were out of stock but because it was an error on their side they will replace the item with a similar product.

However delivery was made and no replacement was done but I payed for the item so now a week later I am still waiting for any feedback or responce to my many emails sent to the branch as to the product payed for but not recieved.
