Inconsiderate supplier

I went to Builders store Strubenvalley to buy building material I then saw Dortello studded stable door and bought it, I was not advised that the supplier is no longer supplying frames for that, I called most of the Builders store to find out what alternative frame I can use for that door but I couldn’t get help until the other lady took my no’s and gave no’s to one of the guys who’s works in that department since I called the store his name is Lehlohonolo he has been very helpful since he contacted the supplier and gave me feedback since my runarounds on Mon I have explained to him that builders cannot carry on with their work since they have to build with the frame fitted on so the project is stuck the house doesn’t have windows and roof because of the doorframe that the supplier decided to supply the doors without a frame, I just called Lehlohonolo now at Glen Wagles and he said hello waiting for Brenda Thenjane from Builders hardware to give him feedback as I will be collecting the door from Built sea she must verify if the R600 doorframe which he quoted me on it’s going to be the final amount as prices varies from store to store my question is from Monday until today there’s no solution for me, I ordered 2000 maxi bricks on Tuesday night around 21:00 I received the order yesterday already, in this cold and pandemic we must parents are staying in this cold weather because of the suppliers stupid decision to sell their products incomplete
