Incomplete items and bad after sales service
On 9 November 2023 I placed an online order for three items, on 10 November it was delivered. Upon open the Builders Vanity Cabinet Combo - White (550mm) on 13 November 2023 for install it waas noted that the *****s and hinges was not in the pack. I called head office and lines are down, on 14 November I spoke to Palesa from Kempton park and she advised she would call back to have the necessary delivered.
I never received a call back, I have tried calling this morning again and after 30 mins of holding on I put down as its absolutely pathetic.
Now my contractor is held up and cannot complete the install.

This has nothing to do with Builders install, I have my own contractor.
The unit cannot be assembled as the relevant materials for assembly was not in the box!
