*********** Staff - Incomplete Delivery - Security Hazard

We purchased a complete sliding door and a few other things to renovate our garage. Yesterday we removed our garage door, to place the sliding door in place.. Only to realise that the complete sliding door and its accessories was not included in the delivery. Staff who are assisting customers via their online chat is unable to assist me during the lockdown period. In turn, I am sitting with a security hazard as I have no sliding door up, no garage door up and full access to my home via the garage. This is a huge concern to me as my family's lives could be at risk. There must be someone who can assist me with the parts that we require to put the sliding door up - we will even collect.
