*********** staff & disgusting poor service

On Saturday the 17th I went with my husband to buy paint and other stuff at Builders in Tokai. We got a paint that was on promo and when we were by the cashier the price was more, the cashier called the supervisor by the name of Nasreen Mitchell - who came and did not bother to greet or say anything the cashier explained what had happened to her she immediately the cancelled the transaction still without advising us. She then turned around and advised that the promo only applies to customers that have store cards. I immediately asked her so what did you just do now and she said she cancelled the transaction and reversed the funds back into our account and it will reflect immediately and I asked but you did not ask us if we want to cancel the transaction or not and what bank are you using because its Saturday and you can not assume that the funds will reflect immediately . She did not care and told us it will its not the first time she has done this after a long 2 hours at the store funds were still not on our account ,as the sale went through till today we have not received the funds . I called the store manager Yusuf who seemed very confused as well and had little to no knowledge of how to assist us, we left the store in very irate they took our contacts no one has called or followed up its like they are operating a little ****a shop they have no customer service and etiquette skills . We have been shopping at Builders Somerset mall for years never had i experienced this kind of disgusting service !!!!!!!!!!!
