*********** staff at builders

I placed an online order which was to be delivered on the 14/12/21. The order has not been delivered nor have I received any contact from builders at any point sins I place the order. I have made to call to follow up 1st being on 7th December where I was told that they have no stock and I would not be able to collect it early. But would need to wait till the supplier is able to deliver to the Midrand store which was set for the 14th. Present day @ 17:30 I called the customer service department where they said they spoke to midrand store and they would contact me with details of what was happening with my order. @ 18:00 I arrived at the store still waiting for the call and my order. I have spoken to Vincent the store manager and Kagiso Invontrey manager. Who both are unable to explain why I have not received my order and why I have not been called at any point by the store to update me. To this point I have no idea when I will receive my order and and will not shop at a *********** store again. Where the customer service department just passes the responsibility on and there the staff at the store blow smoke up your *** to get you out of the store.
