I went to builders on the 15th June to buy a generator on account on perches I asked the lady to put it on acc yet she put it on straight. then had to go to help desk wait 10min for them to phone head office and put it over on budget. Went there the following day bought a lot of stuff and the same happened. so they phoned again and I said I'll phone from work and sort it out my self. later that day I went to buy a electrode holder, and guess what no stock. so I asked one of the sale people if they might have in stock at the back. and all he said was no and walked away. ( not even mr customer sorry no we don't have stock , but can I order you one). with this bad service I actually want to take all the stuff back and demand that my account gets credited.<br> ill pay this off bud believe me I will rather go to mica hardware from now
