I ordered a door with installation on 15.03.2021 and when I track the progress on-line, it showed that delivery and installation would be 27.03.2021 at 09h00. Even when I called the store, they simply said I must wait at home until 16h00 of which I did....guess what?? No-one pitched Does Builders expect all customers to wait at home (while they might have plans) to wait for nothing? Poor customer service, but glad to take your money and waste your time
