*********** sales staff with bad attitudes

We visit builders watehouse gezina a lot and every time are discussed with the poor service. Visited them again today and asked to get 4 pieces of ply wood cut to size. The sales person couldn’t even help with an estimate price on what it would cost. He just said they must cut it when they have time and I must pay afterwords. I don’t know the sizes of the sheets so I can’t work out how many sheets would be used so I asked him and he just said he can’t work it out. I am so frustrated with the useless service because of the people that’s just there for the pay check. Guess that is why builders warehouse has 2/5 star rating. I will make sure never to use them again and I am going to share on facebook and other social media groups how useless builders is.
