*********** poor service

I purchased a Dab jet pump 0.75kw 220v 102 selfprim for R2900 at Builders mall@carnival on the 14th of July and found out that it was faulty when trying to install it, I then took it back to the store on the right 16th of July and until today I have not received a new one nor the repaired pump which I am not happy with and quite disappointed about the poor level of service I received thus far. No one has made an attempt to contact me for an update and instead I am the one making follow ups with them. It is very frustrating and is delaying my progress to my garden due to their incompetence.
