I required to have my house painted on the outside. so i decided to go to builders to purchase the paint. I approached an employee to assist me, he supp**** us with the paint that we required for the outside of the house. As the house was been painted we noticed the paint was thin and we required to do a 3rd/4th coat. This led to me going to builders, I approached the same guy and told him my problem, that the paint is thin and to many coats is required. He then tells me the paint I bought is not meant for the outside after clearly telling him I required paint for the outside the previous time. His manager Mr Leslie Nair then came already trying find loop holes so to protect his colleague, and started playing the blame game, ***********. <br> <br> I spent 2900 because of builders *********** employee and a further 3400 at makro to purchase the correct paint. In total i paid 6300 on paint for my small house including the extra labor incurred because the painter needs to repaint. I AM STILL AWAITING THE BRANCH MANAGER TO CALL IN REGARDS TO MY REIMBUR*****T. UP TILL NOW NO ONE HAS CALLED ME FROM THE BRANCH TO APOLOGIES AND RECTIFY THIS PROBLM
