*********** builders warehouse Rivonia - incorrect order fulfilment

Bought 60dm lawn dressing online, 10 bags. Collected 10 bags and came home only to find its 30dm bags. Contacted builders central help, its been 2 weeks and they are still waiting on a response from the Rivonia store. Ive also asked them to do a stock check at the time, when they had stock in order to validate my issue. Now, 2 weeks later, the website shows product not in stock. Builders Rivonia are absolutely useless, poor and *********** management. Not the first time they messed up an order. Ive paid for 10x 60dm bags and received 10x 30dm bags, I effectively paid double the value of the product.
