*********** /arrogant Management

I am disgusted in the way management handle customers! Today (17.01.19) my wife an i went to Builders in Arcadia, East London. We frequently shop at the one that use to be in Gonubie, but had unfortunately closed down. I understand policies and procedures, i myself am a manager. I had tried to return TFC top coat as i had wanted to get the " TFC invisible sealer" far more expensive might i add valued @ R960 each. I did not have a slip however, but i did not request cash back! I simply wanted a voucher to make the exchange. The top coat had been bought at the Gonubie branch. According to your *********** /arrogant manager Vuyelwa, this is not the same. She continued to say i must stop "putting words into her mouth" when questioning her. To me builders is builders. What i do not understand is how a reputable company like yourselves can have a person like this "running" a store. Nevertheless, we had ended up spending another R1676. 59 this same day in this store. I am afraid that that will be the last time i shop here. I will simply shop by your competitors.
