Incompetency of the online purchase

I bought paint online on the 4/11/2023 which took Builders *********** team 6 working days to allocate the payment to the profile, the communication of the contact centre is so pathetic to say the least the Team Leader (Brandon) is so unsure of the internal processes one asks how did the individual land in that position, Micheala which was trying to help but is in no position to see or follow things through but would really like to be incontact with the Regional Operations Manager and make him aware of the circus that is running in that contact centre. Dont buy online its a ****
