Incompetence of the store

I went to Builder express Ceader road in Fourways. The incompetence displayed at that shop is shocking, timber which was supposed to have been delivered on Monday hasn’t been delivered yet, they delivered some of it and the excuse is they don’t have stock , the problem is when I paid for my material they never mentioned that they don’t hav in stock, it has been a difficult journey to deal with them in terms of delivery,
