Incompetence

I recently went to Builders Warehouse to buy 25mm square tubing,this was the third day into their promotion and the three lengths they showed in stock they couldnt find so i had no choice but to purchase 20mm.I asked them to cut it IN HALF for transport purposes.The person responsible for cutting the metal in half did not even have a tape measure,i had to wait half an hour for him to find a tape measure.Once he found the tape measure he did not cut it in half so i had huge wastage-ibuild washing lines and one 6m length is used to the mm.I had to give my customer a discount as the line was now smaller than advertised.Shoddy workmanship Builders Warehouse Strubens Valley!!!!!
