In-store promotion lie

The worst service ever . I am being tossed around from buying a product in store and online . I wanted to make a purchase instore but was told there was no stock(the product was in the store....priced ). The gentleman suggested to get the product from another store and would get back to me but didn't till I bought the cupboard online.The same gentleman got back to advise that he had the cupboard instore from another store ,I then told him that I had made an online purchase but the guy told me that the cupboard that I had bought online was not what I wanted after he had asked for the product code, and because of this , I had to cancel my online order .I went to purchase the product instore so I can get an instore discount (R3699. 00)that I was quoted at the store but was told to buy the product online for R4000.00) to avoid delivery costs. I ended up buying the product instore with no instore discount as I bought it with the same online price(R4000.00)....delivery fee charged .......I have no joy on this product and I loved it so much when I saw it in the store .
