Impeccable Customer Service!

Hi,

I would like to compliment Andrea Salie and Thambeka on their impeccable customer service rendered. The manner in which they spoke was really clear and friendly, they went the extra mile in finding out prices for me and phoning me back promptly. This quality of service is really rare to find in South Africa. Most call centre agents want to get customers off the phone as quickly as possible and are not helpful at all, this was not the case with builders. There should definitely be incentives for this quality of service, you guys rock  Thank you once again!
