I’m disappointed that they didn’t failed to deliver on the expected date causing me to delay to proceed plan to start with renovation as I had already booked a contractor to work

I’m disappointed that they didn’t failed to deliver on the expected date causing me to delay to proceed plan to start with renovation as I had already booked a contractor to work. What is more frustrating is that there was no communication to update me on the alternative delivery date.
